Leader we seek, worforce we be for the developed India
I think this is a blog full of open ended statements and full of artifacts. But still I would want to share it just for one reason.
What is a developed nation, what is the definition of being a citizen of such a nation. Is it just a notion or is it real when we talk about country like India, yes our own India. What we feel when we say "Mera Bharat Mahan", are we optimistic or ignorant, or is it just to spread a positive vibe, or may be we want to keep our hopes alive. How do we react to someone who is sabotaging the growth of our country, whether he is a intruder or a person among us. How does it feel to be in India, whether it is in a rural town or an urban metropolitan city. What do we feel when we see underprivileged people. How do we want to react. How does it feel when we know we have to do something but we cant. What is it that will enable us to do what we want. How long we can think that charity begins and ends at home. Why we have deadline for all our personal things, why we don't have it for things that should be done towards the development of our nation, even if it is why its not being met. Why are we judging people, why are we expecting others to do their job, why are we not voting, why are we ignorant about problems, why we just crib about the problems surrounding us. Why we carry the fake spirit of let go attitude. Why our hands are cut but we still pretend to be having it healthy. Why are we trying to survive rather than living a better future. Why are we acting so foolish, when we are so smart to foresee things coming. What comes to our mind when we think of revolution. What, how or who. Of course its who because we know what and how.
Whats the answer for who. Is it you, me or someone else. Is it to blame someone, having a prejudice about someone, continue gossiping about that someone and looking out for someone else after that someone.
Who's that someone. May be there are two kinds of someone. Someone among us and us ourselves.
Someone among us being the leader and us being the workforce. May be that leader will have a belief which would bring a revolution. He may believe in communism, dictatorship, he may act less responsibly as a trade off for a sooner revolution. He will be intelligent but then he is a human and will be a human craft. He will tend to make some human errors which could be overlooked presently and can be a matter of unfolding mystery in the future. He will be one among us but much more determined, intellectual and aggressive.
Us being ourselves acting as a workforce, as an army behind our leader to sacrifice, believe, support and to reinforce together. We should discuss about the solutions and not crib about the problems. We should embark individual tasks. We should share information, we should inspire others by setting examples. We should use technical, natural and human resources to achieve the goal faster and efficiently. We should be too busy to talk about religion, caste, tradition and rituals.
We should be living in future, think about what are we going to give our next generation, need not reinvent the wheel, trying to globalize, build up a good global reputation not to seek mercy but to improve relationships. Learn from our mistakes not to repeat them rather than playing a blame game. Pull up the socks, fold the cuffs and get ready to serve our own nation. Let's take a oath we will meet this deadline of making this nation into a developed one and Celebrate all the festivals after we have met this deadline. Then we can proudly say "Mera Bharat Mahan".
Jai Hind
